Please note that all scrap meat will be ground into ground pork unless you'd like sausage products made at an additional charge. If interested in this, please call the store M-F 8-4pm 715-533-0083 to discuss options. Please note that we will store your meat for 7 days after we call you. Every week after you've been notified will result in a $2.50/box for each week the meat is on Stockyard premises.
