Stockyard Meats is a rural meat locker equipped to meet all of your needs for fresh beef, poultry, and pork meat products. Our number one priority is quality and our motto is “Quality First.” We are proud to provide a wide variety of products and processing services for our surrounding communities.

  • We carry USDA choice and state inspected beef, pork, and chicken, available in popular cuts in our retail meat market. Be sure to try our ground beef, it may be the best you will find.
  • Our smokehouse creates Snack Sticks and Sausages of multiple flavors, a variety of Bratwursts, Old-Fashioned Wieners, Old Timers Bacon, including many other specialty products.
  • Our state-licensed facility is ready to custom process beef and pigs that are slaughtered on the farm. We work with our local farmers to sell their animals directly to consumers. And in the fall, we take care of all aspects of wild game processing.
  • Planning a Party? We provide bulk salads, beans and meat entries for serving large crowds. Let us create custom meat and cheese trays for your event. Out trays use quality cheese from Lynn Dairy. In addition to our fresh and processed meats, our on-site restaurant highlights products that we make in our Locker Plant.
  • To top it all off, we serve what we feel in the best Ice Cream we have found to date. We rotate 16 flavors of Ice Cream brought in from Wisconsin’s Chocolate Shoppe.

We make a variety of products that can be ordered and ready for you to serve at your event. Some of the products include Shredded Seasonal Beef, Chicken, Or Pork, BBQ pork, Little Smokies, Chicken Wings, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, Pasta Salad, Stockyard Beans, Beef or Chicken Taco Meat, Hot Dogs, Bratwurst, etc.

Meat & Cheese Trays

We slice and assemble meat and cheese trays using our in-house smoked summer sausages and locally made cheeses from Lynn Dairy in Lynn, Wisconsin. Our meat and cheese trays are made to order and can be customized to your liking.
