We will take out all of the cuts above, weigh what is left, and can turn that into burger, bulk scrap meat, or make product. If you would like product made, please check what you would like made, then in the comments verify percentages (50% burger, 25% garlic summer sausage, 25% BBQ snack sticks). Please note, pricing is the price/# Please note the following pork added to product: Summer sausage and snack sticks are made with 50% pork added (10# bear meat + 5# pork added =15# finished product) Brats, breakfast links, wieners, ring bologna are made with 100% pork added (10# bear meat + 10# pork added = 20# finished product) burger patties are made with 10% pork added (10# bear meat + 1# pork added =11# finished product)
